Most important to me through the whole project was your flexibility, willingness to change stuff, and to work with us to find solutions for problems as they arose. That is huge, and it is rare (at least in my experience) for a contractor to exhibit that level of flexibility, creativity, and general openness to going with the flow. In my mind, that is enormously valuable and what makes you so great to work with.

Finally, like Jen said, you cared about the quality of your work and your biggest interest was making sure we were happy with everything. Again, sadly, that is pretty rare with many other contractors that we’ve dealt with, but it is also what made working with you such a pleasure.

Anyway, anytime you need a reference, let either of us know and we’re definitely happy to do it. Thanks again for everything.
